Boiling point of water in a hill station like Shimla lower than in Delhi why?

 Shimla have higher altitude than Delhi. And Shimla have low atmospheric pressure. And The boiling Point is low on lower atmospheric pressure. ... Hence, the boiling point of water is lower in Shimla than in Delhi.
