 The magnetic field lines are the pictorial representation of the strength and direction of the magnetic field. 

The direction of the magnetic field at a point can be found by placing a small magnetic compass at that point. The north end of the needle of  a compass indicates the direction of magnetic field at a point where it is placed.

परिनालिका की परिभाषा है :- जब किसी चीनी मिट्टी से बनी बेलनाकार नलिका जिसकी लम्बाई अधिक हो तथा त्रिज्या बहुत कम हो , पर ताँबे का तार लपेटा जाता है इस व्यवस्था को परिनालिका कहते है।

Himanshi Verma

 An electric motor utilizes the magnetic effect of current. It works on the principle that when a rectangular coil is placed in a magnetic field and current is passed  through it a torque acts on the coil which rotates it continuously. When the coil rotates the shaft to it also rotates and electrical energy supplied to the motor is converted into mechanical energy.
